I think the price is right and the location is very convenient to visiting students at SGU. I would and will stay here again as the views are lovely and the room was very spacious. It’s not fancy but it was clean and the staff were nice. If I paid more I would expect more. I would categorize it as a typical Caribbean hotel. There are areas in disrepair but it doesn’t affect your stay. If you are looking to stay close to the university I think it’s the best spot. If you are looking for a beach vacation this isn’t your spot. It was fine, I cannot lie and say I was blown away by anything, it was average but convenient. We had no problems, felt safe and it was all fine. It’s just not a five star property but I don’t believe it claims to be. If I was diving I would %100 stay here. I do appreciate the properties community contributions and look forward to visiting again for that reason.

Literally, the housekeeping staff would knock on our door in the morning and take all of our towels and not replace them. Our towels would be gone all day long and finally late in the afternoon we would call and ask for towels back and they’d begrudgingly give us more towels. Housekeeping also wouldn’t sweep the rooms or empty our trash unless prompted to do so and they were supposed to clean the rooms every day. The lower pool was dirty and cloudy. Some of the staff members had an attitude as if we were bothering them when we asked them for food or drink. It definitely was not worth the high price that we paid to stay there. If you feel compelled to stay here, negotiate the price down because it definitely is not worth the money, especially when you can’t even get a towel.

Comfortable, beautiful views from the room and its covered deck as well as breakfast on the bay. Pools and poolside bar were relaxing. Yoga studio and views as well as chocolate cafe added to the experience. Very close to St. George university for the purpose of the visit——seeing my niece and her vet school life on Grenada! Most staff were accommodating. Disappointed in the food at dodgy docks…and the limited access to fresh towels.

True Blue is a well kept property with beautiful views both day and night. Its location is convenien to town and the airport. I plan to return next year. I do not like the sixty bug bites that I am still suffering from. Bug repellent is a must.

Best stay in Grenada so far

We stayed here for a few nights, having enjoyed a lunch here last year. Our Tower Room was beautifully presented and well-equipped. AC quiet and efficient, with an added ceiling fan. The bed was extremely comfortable and guaranteed a good nights sleep. The hotel site is clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and courteous, especially Devenne. The restaurant served fresh local food at all three meals. Courtesy transport to the beach was much appreciated. Cannot recommend True Blue too highly and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Staff is friendly and the front desk is helpful. Getting fresh towels can sadly be a lengthy chore, but the beautiful and peaceful surroundings easily make up for it. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the beach and I really enjoyed the classes offered in the beautiful open air yoga studio. We also really enjoyed just spending time by the pools on the property. The food was good and the Wednesday night street food is a really fun event that brings in a lot of locals as well. Loved all the life music. Highly recommended!
