This is very dog and their owner's dream come true. Plenty of room to run around. All stairs going upstairs to your unit have preplanned gates already built in stairs for your dogs. The unit has vinyl floors throughout. As you can see this unit is very pet friendly.This unit has 4 bedrooms, and you can sleep 2 in each room plus a couch. You also have access to 2 kayaks plus chairs for beach and more. There is parking for at least 4 cars. You are only two blocks from the beech. We have stayed in other units on SGI before, but this is the BEST.Thank YouAngie

Our stay at Rosemary was literally more than we could have hoped for. Very close to both the bay and the gulf- walking distance for big kids and adults (put our toddler in the wagon). The home was thoughtfully designed and curated with families in mind- from books, games, and movies to all the phone things on the 'under porch.' We hung up our hammocks, played with the outdoor toys, took the kayaks to the bay. We went during a cold and rainy week, and honestly, it was the home the saved the fun for the kids since the beach was wet and had unsafe water conditions. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was no worries if we left anything, because it was already in the home. Wow! We plan to stay at Rosemary again. The suggestion I have does not diminish my review of the home (because it was wonderful), but to be fully child-safe, I would suggest an apartment lock on the back door to the deck (like the front) and securing the back deck to the home (maybe a few L braces).

Overall it was a great stay. The only problem was there were dishes left in the dishwasher and some of the ones in the cabinets looked dirty. I rewashed them but the problem is the dishwasher. It needs to be deep cleaned.

My family and I had a great time staying at Rosemary. The access to kayaks was a great addition. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, and I loved that it was in the woods. It gives it a treehouse feel. Overall, we had a great time.

Festival

Great house! We were on SGI for the Chili Festival and the house offered plenty of room for everyone. We also enjoyed not having neighbors on top of us. It was a short walk to the Gulf and the bay. Everyone enjoyed sitting under the house in the mornings and afternoons.Great place for a group of friends to hangout for a long weekend!

Stay at 204 Bradford, St George

Property not cleaned, no toilet tissue, soap etc. Property manager found someone to clean Thursday night and left around 9:30 pm, our check in was about 4:30 Thursday. We washed the sheets and towels due to the fact the cleaners would have been there for several more hours. I was told by the Property manager to make things right one night would be refunded and also the cleaning fee, also reaffirmed Friday when he dropped off wash cloths. He said it would be refunded through VRBO. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We come to St George every year. This was our first stay at the Rosemary. We were thrilled to have a fenced in yard for our pups! They enjoyed having freedom to explore and we enjoyed being able to let them out without having to walk them each time. The house was clean and convenient. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will difinitely be back and hope to book the Rosemary again!

Was just what we were looking for..mature tree shade, seclusion, privacy, space, outdoor living, fenced yard for dog, within walking distance to both gulf side and bayside beaches. Stores and restaurants on island very reasonable. We would stay at the Rosemary again!

Nice stay!

Arrival was distressing...after 10 hours in the car we arrived to find the house had not been cleaned, there were no linens, etc. I contacted the property manager (Sam) who apologized and arrived within the hour to clean and sanitize and make beds, then returned the following day with extra linens and supplies. Location is great; loved the fenced yard for our dogs and the easy access to both beach and bay. Kitchen is well equipped. Mattresses are brand new! The ROKU TV didn't work because we couldn't get the WiFi to work, but we didn't report it (because frankly we didn't care.) Sam was informed by text as we checked out. In spite of the rocky start we had a great stay and would definitely recommend. Good value.
