Welcome to Morningside By The Sea! This 4-bedroom 3 bath home is located in the gated community of the Plantation. Enjoy all the community amenities the Plantation has to offer including community swimming pools, tennis courts, bicycle paths, nature trails, and a fitness center. The first floor offers a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds that share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. You will find a laundry area with a washer/dryer in the hall. The second floor boasts the common areas and the master suite. The open concept living area features comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, wood burning fireplace, and TV. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with white appliances and has a pantry. The dining table seats six. The master suite features a King bed with shared bathroom. Also on this floor a screened porch with dining table and rocking chairs is available.

Great spot to enjoy St. George Island and it feels like you are tucked away in a private treehouse. Two spots for dining - indoor and outdoor and a kitchen full of platters and all you need to cook memories. Four bedrooms nestled in the home with dining on second floor offering a view of surf and birds. Just blocks from the beach. And lots of tips provided by the owners and rental company to ensure your stay is full of memorable moments!
