We stayed at this property in March with a large group. While the home itself accommodated our group size, there were significant concerns that impacted our overall experience.There was a Ring camera located inside the home in the kitchen area facing toward the hot tub with audio/video capabilities. The home owner required us to text each time we wanted him to turn on the hot tub. During our stay, there were multiple instances that indicated the camera was being actively monitored in real time, which created a serious level of discomfort and concern for our group, particularly given the expectation of privacy in a private home rental. Text messages from the homeowner also provided additional proof of this concern. Due to these issues, we did not feel we had an appropriate level of privacy during our stay. Future guests should be aware of this and are strongly encouraged to confirm camera placement, monitoring practices, and seasonal pool availability prior to booking.
