Really beautiful hotel. Great decor and you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into creating it. Food was outstanding and the staff were lovely. Didn’t get her name, but the female staff member who served us dinner Friday and breakfast was lovely. The team also helped us order a taxi to a wedding and asked us about our day. Really impressed.

We found this hotel excellent. It’s recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Wr had a deluxe room which was clean and the bed very comfortable, unlike every other hotel bed I’ve slept in. I slept soundly from the every first night. The hotel is well situated for daily excursions in the local area and further afield and the hotel staff were always on hand with useful suggestions of where to go and what to see, if needed. I would certainly recommend staying at Kingswood. We will book to stay there the next time we are in Cornwall.

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. The service was outstanding throughout, with every member of the staff going above and beyond to make the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and finished to a really high standard, making it easy to switch off and enjoy the break. The food in the restaurant was another highlight — beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and presented with real care. You can tell the team take pride in what they do. Overall, a brilliant stay and one I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and genuinely excellent hospitality.
