Nice little place just outside the crowd of sites but super close to walk to. Decent included breakfast and they don’t charge for parking as most charge $29 happy to recommend and return to again. Jay handles breakfast and does a great job ladies at the counter also very nice to do business with.

Sherri at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, but comfortable and clean. The location made walking to attractions easy. All that being said, the lobby radio played a political broadcast very loudly at breakfast. It was hard to hold a conversation over it and I’m sure the content was offensive to some. The breakfast offerings were nearly out an hour into their posted time and not refilled in a timely manner. The room was fine, but I’d skip breakfast there if I stayed again.

Excellent choice for historic area of St Augustine and across the street from the Bridge to Amelia Island. Clean, updated room; breakfast; onsite parking. Easily walkable to all of the historic district yet out of the busiest areas.

My stay was absolutely perfect! It has a homier feeling than a hotel. The room was so clean. The staff was friendly and willing to go over and beyond to assist me. There is a balcony near to pool to enjoy the water view. The inn is conveniently close to restaurants, stores and attractions but not too close so it wasn't loud and noisy. Finding a place to park in the city involves a lot of luck so it was great to have free parking at the inn. If I make my trip an annual affair, I will definately go to there!

It was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views of the bay. Seating outside. The rooms were clean. The bed was perfect. I slept all night. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I was surprised the inlet was so good.
