The living space also provides oceanfront views through the dunes. Mealtime will be a snap in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, and flat top stove among other amenities. Dining space to accommodate everyone.

Colony Reef 3101 is in a great location. Crescent Beach is quiet, and beautiful. Located on the south end of Anastasia Island, you can take in stunning views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Numerous parks line this part of the island, with plenty of places to park. You can even drive your vehicle directly on the beach. Fort Matanzas State Park can provide a nice little adventure, with a free boat ride from the National Park Service over to the island fort. Go fishing under the 206 bridge, and no one will ever know you are not a local.

If you’re looking for a little more in your vacation, downtown historic district Saint Augustine is just a few minutes to the north. You can take in the larger fort, Castillo de San Marcos, or an event at Francis Field. The Fountain of Youth, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Saint George Street, Ghost Tours, Romantic Carriage Rides, and so much more.
