Unit 256 is a fully renovated oceanfront townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and stunning views of the beach and ocean. You wont find a better view of the sunrise than from the balcony or master bedroom. Condo updates include new vinyl wood plank floors, new windows, leather furniture, stainless steel appliances and air conditioning. The condo comfortably sleeps six with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, anda sleeper sofa in the living room. WI-FI is available throughout the condo and three smart TV's allow access to guests' streaming apps or cable TV. Summerhouse maintains four heated pools throughout the winter making it comfortable to swim all year round! The common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts, a basketball court and a pickle ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our rental office has a friendly staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Our goal is to earn repeat Guests by making their stay second to none!
