Historic duplex living
Built in 1922 and thoughtfully updated, this entire 2 story duplex combines historic character with practical comforts for groups and families. When booked together, you’ll enjoy both the upstairs and downstairs units, each with its own private entrance. The two levels do not connect inside, giving each space its own sense of privacy while still sharing the same property. Renting the entire property means the backyard becomes your private outdoor retreat.
Sleeping arrangements
The duplex offers space for up to eight guests across two levels. Each unit features two bedrooms with queen beds, providing a total of four queen beds across the property. A pack ’n play is also available for families traveling with young children. Both units include bathroom essentials and comfortable spaces to unwind after a day exploring the city.
Kitchen & everyday comforts
Each level has its own kitchen, allowing guests to cook meals and gather comfortably within their space. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed for everyday cooking and dining. Each unit also includes a living area with HDTV and a dedicated workspace, along with air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, and Wifi to keep everyone comfortable throughout the stay.
Outdoor spaces
The home features two large front porches - the lower porch with swing seating and the upper porch with lounge seating. These breezy spaces are perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings after a day of sightseeing. The backyard includes Adirondack chairs and a barbecue grill for relaxed outdoor gatherings. When the entire duplex is rented, this backyard area is private for your group.
Laundry & parking
Each unit has its own washer and dryer located on the back porch. Free parking on premises and self check-in with keypad make arrivals simple and convenient.
