This gorgeous 3rd floor oceanfront one bedroom suite has a new leather queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV along with living room ceiling fan. Closer to the north end property elevator. Enjoy family style eating with a large kitchen table and fully equipped kitchen. The Walk-in shower and king size bed in the bedroom make for the perfect suite for you. On site front desk to check you in, housekeeping and maintenance staff should you need anything. NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO #325 Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Front desk lady was awesome and friendly. The room was almost good, except the toilet doesn’t work properly. It should be fixed so it fills with water faster
