The a /c unit did not work correctly. The toilet kept running until you had to lift the handle each time. The falucets on the sink. We're wonky. It was advertised as being newly open. But all they did was take an old hotel and put lipstick on a pig.

The room was clean. You can see it was renovated about 4 years ago. The hall unfortunately smelled of smoke. I think it was the carpet. The room didn't smell of smoke, so it was fine. good enough for a quick overnight stay on my travels. It was close enough to Saint Augustine 10min drive. Right off I-95. The roads are a bit strange with how they wrap around and turn - so pay attention. I would probably stay again.

Door (room) mechanism only worked half the time. Hotel totally booked and only 1 elevator was in service all weekend. Totally unacceptable!! Our door did not lock /shut and when we left didn't realize it and came back to our room being unlocked. The exercise room equipment was not working properly. The treadmill and elliptical were not safe bc it would not slow down when pressing the down button or go down when pressing the incline either. I did report that to manager. The spa was out of order and nothing on the website prior to booking that it would be down. All the drink machines were out of order. The breakfast eggs and sausage were very cold and we went down early for breakfast. We would not stay here again!
