Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! Our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the highly desirable Barefoot Trace community, an exclusive and peaceful retreat with a heated pool. It is located right on the shores of St. Augustine Beach. This first-floor, single-level unit offers convenience, comfort, and an unbeatable view of the ocean. Imagine waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing and stepping outside to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic.
Rules: No smoking or partying is allowed. 1 pet maximum per stay. The pet must be 30lb or less.


KITCHEN: Electrical appliances, standard drip coffee maker, and bar top with two chairs, private front patio.
LIVING ROOM: 2x reclinable sofas, accent chair, TV, patio access with ocean view.
DINING ROOM: Dining table for 4, 2x bistro table sets.
MASTER BEDROOM: Queen bed with master bathroom (shower/tub combo), closet, dresser, TV.
GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed, closet, dresser, TV.
GUEST BATHROOM: Shower, toilet.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer located next to the kitchen.

BEACH ACCESS: Walk 2-mins to our private beach access gate.

PET POLICY: Maximum of 1 pet, 30lb or less; The pet fee is $98.00 for the entire reservation. Any damage caused by pet will be the responsibility of the pet owner or guest on the reservation.

We loved our month here. Oceanfront view and the warmest pool you will ever swim in. Everyone was so nice. If I needed anything, our host responded immediately, they were awesome. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because the screens all need to be replaced. Big holes and the one in the slider is almost completely ripped out. Other than that, love love loved it!

The host helped us with the internet and the place was beautiful. It was very nice they had supplies for washer. We had been traveling and did not have time to stop and pick up supplies. We met some nice people there. The weather could have been better but nicer than up north.

Sun rise over the ocean

We loved it. Close to the pool & walkway to the beach. Equipped with all we needed. No Kureg coffee machine, the photo isn’t accurate. But the coffee pot works perfectly. Just letting you know so you don’t bring coffee pods expecting the kureg. We love it’s a corner spot.

I stayed here with my daughter and her family and everyone had an absolute blast! The home was very clean and sat very close to the beach! We opened our windows and doors at times and were able to hear the beautiful sounds from the beach-just so relaxing! The pool was perfectly heated and clean as well! We will definitely be back!
