**I messaged the rental company for this unit with concerns before posting a review here to give them opportunity to respond but they did not respond**Pros:Proximity to the pool and boardwalk is great. The condo association has trolleys and carts to help transport your items from the car to the unit which was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels to use. The bathrooms were nice and clean. There is an exterior closet that has beach accessories for you to use (though we were not told of this before our stay or when picking up the keys)The cons:The furniture is stained and very worn. The toilet paper stand in one bathroom was so wobbly it wouldn’t stand up straight. The light switch in front king bedroom doesn’t work and you have to manually turn on the fan and light by the chain over the bed. A little awkward.The sheets are stained. There is an exterior yellow/orange light that comes on each evening and it shines into the front two bedrooms a bright orange that the shades to not block out so if you need it to be dark, those rooms will not work for you. The biggest issue we had was that the floors sweet not clean. Right after we got there my grandchild dropped a toy and picked it up on the floor along with a handful of dust and hair. The corners of the rooms and under the table had not been swept. That AC vents had thick buildup of dust and grime that had not been cleaned in a long time and there was no filter in the AC unit.
