The friendly Staff, especially Katie and Carrie, were wonderful! Having Social Hour from 5a - 6:30p everyday with hors d'oeuvres, wine, sodas and bottled water was very special. Carrie was so kind to make hot cocoa for me. Having breakfast served at their covered porch with the lovely garden and water fountain overlooking the bay was very relaxing, and just what we needed. You will get a restful sleep with their silky soft feel bedding sheets. Appreciate their comfy soft bathrobes provided. Convenient walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, Flagler College, Lightner Museum, and the St George historic district and the Colonial Quarter.

This is by far the best bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at!! The staff was excellent and the food is delicious! Full breakfast is included and free parking. Our room was the best # 102 , Caroline. Thanks everyone for making our stay so great!

Overall property and operation simply first class. If there was a rating of Excellent +++++, that still wouldn’t be high enough. In no particular order, Hotel is in an ideal location, charming building and rooms, adequately staffed and all so personable, breakfast/snacks/liquid refreshments availability timed well with guests activities around town. Overall, a great find!
