The property was beautiful and so was the location. The bed was really comfortable. My only complaint was that I reported issues with locking rhe doors and no one responded. It turned out that there were instructions on this but I had not seen them when I read the lost. I'd make it more prominent in those instructions. Also whomever had rented the upsatairs had dogs that constantly howled.

Fabulous location. We loved everything about it, decor, host, water views from the terrace. You could walk across the bridge to town and we had fun watching the boats go by. We would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the location of this property and the view right on the waterfront. Very easy to walk right across the Lions Bridge into town. The apt was very clean and comfortable. The condo is in an ideal location to enjoy views of the bay and the historic district across the bay. It is also in the perfect location to enjoy sunsets across the bay. It is just a short walk across the bridge of lions to the historic district. We enjoyed the Nights of Lights during our stay and a phenomenal sunset and sunrise from the patio and deck. Thank you for your prompt response to our questions and concerns!

My husband and I stayed at Bridge Tender during my Fall Break (I am a teacher). We were impressed from the moment we pulled up to the property. The home itself was beautiful and the view of the St. John's River and historic St. Augustine was breathtaking. It rained most of the time we were there, but we were very comfortable staying inside Bridge Tender. We will definitely be back!

Great beds, clean space, well supplied, good communication with mgmt when I had difficulty with lock box. Thank youI found the iron non functional and the ironing board broken, mgmt was advisedThe only other thing is to replace the remotes, they were missing backs and 2 weren’t functional. Nice vista, coffee on the covered patio.

Beautiful Beach Condo.

Fantastic location and views. Owners were easy to communicate with. Condo was wonderful! Downtown sort walking distance. Well say again and bring our E-bikes.
