WAINSCOTTING IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM- CEILINGS AND WALLS! NEW FULL BATH UPSTAIRS WITH DOUBLE SINK, AND HALF BATH DOWNSTAIRS.
BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES! ALSO OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT AND COLD WATER AND OF COURSE THE HEATED POOL IN THE BACKYARD OASIS!! Sweet Family Vaca under St. Augustine Stars

The duplex was perfect for our little family with our small grandchildren! They loved playing in the shared pool and yard with our puppies! The owners provided a cozy home away from home for us all, from the well stocked kitchen, fully stocked bedrooms, beach and pool linens, ocean décor, etc. It was a perfect fit for our family reunion holiday!
