The stay was pleasant. The room was clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom could use an upgrade. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool area was clean. Hot tub should have been a little hotter and pressure on the jets could have been a little higher. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was our second stay. We were there in June. Would definitely return there. Well worth the cost.

This was an absolutely full breakfast menu with fresh hot scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns. Fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt. Everything thing you would want for a hot or cold breakfast. Breakfast lady was friendly and helpful.

We just needed a place to sleep on our trip back from climbing Mount Carleton. Bed was not that comfy, shower pressure was poor, room was outdated. For the price I paid, I expected better. But we had a place to rest, so it served its purpose.

We were upgraded from a cabin to a room in main building at no extra charge so we could have easier access to the pool and breakfast area without asking for it. Was very thoughtful of them and much appreciated.

Great for a night or two. Our king bed room was decent in size and.clean. Breakfast was veru good and inclided both hot and cold items. If you can't het a decent start to your day then you are very p9cky. Main drawback is that there are no restsiramts within walking distance.

Breakfast was wonderful both times. The cabins have been redone beautifully inside, but outside needs some work. Some of the lights in cabins (418 and 402) didn't seem to work. The air on 402 is not a good unit. Overall, a good place to lay ones head for a nights sleep

Our first room the toilet didn't flush, the person at the front desk was super helpful but the only room available was a cottage, which was fine but the place smelt like it hasn't been used in months. It was clean however it was super hot, the air conditioner had sooooo much dust on it that it was barely blowing any cold air. The cottage is not even close to being level. This could be a super cute place if they spent some money fixing it up. The pool was really nice but there is next to no lighting and super slippery. Breakfast was delish
