Great stop over

The room was very clean, great shower pressure. The breakfast was great. They offered everything from waffles to eggs, bacon and sausage. Plus cereals and other breakfast items.

There is a lot going for this hotel… very large dining room for breakfast and big lobby with wooden beams. Room was also very spacious.

We were disappointed re amenities stated on the web site were not operational e.g. Sauna and Gym, the pool was good but the area around was not clean. The hangers in the closet were so high we could not reach them and we were not advised that maid service was not daily.

Staff allowed someone else to check into my reserved room and charge my credit card without my consent or me being present. They did not have my credit card or their name on my reservation. Staff didn’t seem to care that they messed up and offered no solution other than to wait for my money back from my credit card. The room was not cleaned when we arrived- there was still gross take out left in our fridge from who knows when and housekeeping failed to service our room between days leaving an overflowing garbage. Highly dissatisfied with this stay.
