I was disappointed with the look and feel of the room; very outdated but for the cost I believe it was probably ok. For a disabled accessible room, I thought it was poor quality without a walk-in shower and just handrails. if and when you're doing these reports I recommend that you send a representative with a disability to stay as a guest in these hotels to determine ADA accommodations.

I checked in & smelled pot. Went out later, still smelled pot. Came back & smelled pot. It was the same receptionist. When the next receptionist came in, I didn’t smell pot. We were on the 2nd floor & the floor in the hall & our room were slanted. Set off vertigo. The room smelled musty & the towels & sheet on the sofa bed were stained.

All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Beds are comfy. Very quiet. Slept like a baby. Bathroom did need a deep cleaning. Great location.

The usb ports in room were slow to charge, the bedcover had black stains (which they changed), the room and halls smelled strangely and the person in charge of breakfast shut down breakfast 1/2 hour early. Items in the room such as lamps didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while (grimy). Bathtub floor was stained.

The room reaked like mold. My sinuses got a beating. Would have stayed 1 more night if not for that. Bed was very comfy and night staff was nice. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool or hot tub which is why we chose this place but the smell of the room was horrible!
