Welcome to your cozy 2-bedroom bungalow in East Springfield! Tucked in a friendly neighborhood just off Hwy 65, this home features a one-car garage, and a fully privacy-fenced yard creating a private retreat perfect for your stay.

Both bedrooms offer queen beds, Smart TVs, blackout curtains for restful sleep, nightstands with built-in outlets, and closets with hangers and fans. Relax in the spacious living room with board games and a comfy couch, or freshen up in a bathroom stocked with toiletries in case you forgot something.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, seasonings, coffee, tea, and cold bottled water in the fridge, plus you’ll have a full laundry room for added convenience. Outside, unwind by the fire pit (wood provided) and enjoy the peaceful yard.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Well furnished and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and let us know about a service crew that needed to come. It was not an issue for us as we weren't there anyway and they didn't need to come in. We're very pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to contact this host again. Thank you so much!
