I appreciated the lady that checked us in by finding us a room that wouldn't be near a girl's soccer team. The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. It was very convenient to get to the airport this morning.

The confirmation from Expedia did not give a phone number to call for airport pickup. When I googled it, I got a Meriot corporate runaround. Finally, I went to the information desk at the airport to get a local number. All-in-all, it was about 2 hours from getting our luggage to arriving at the the hotel.

I reserved a room with a walkin shower due to my wife being handicapped. when i got my room key i asked if it had the walkin shower and was told no i told the clerk I had reserved the walkin shower and was told one was not adviable was told they might have a handicapped room with a tub when asked why they did not hold one with my reservation told rooms are on first come base. then why do i make a reservation.

We stayed there because they offer a shuttle to the airport. It cost me extra because i booked thru a 3rd party and didnt know it wasnt included

The room was clean however the mattress had a lot to be desired. There was little support with the mattress. Also, there is no free breakfast offered. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that is barely adequate. We wanted to get a cup of coffee at 7:00a and it wasn't opened yet. We wanted a cup at 8:00p and it was closed. We were even charged for parking

The king bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The food at the Bistro was very good - highly recommend the french fries! The staff were all friendly and the hotel was easy to get to.

Really nice stay and everything was great. A faint smell of cigarette was noticeable but not overpowering! That’s the only thing that prevented 5 stars. All of the staff / workers were great!! Perfect for a nights rest and quick jaunt to the airport.

Highway traffic was obvious. There was some kind of knocking which occurred periodically throughout the night (outside I think). The room was clean, comfortable, very basic Coffee pot gave me one cup, and then decided not to work.
