The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Be sure to clean the grill, including the grease trap, after each use and before your departure.

The house is on a septic system. Please refer to the use guidelines upon check-in—no relocating furniture or bean bags.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The kitchen was well stocked. The primary bathroom was amazing. Access to garage and second refrigerator was very helpful! The dock was very nice and we all had fun in the water (since the water at the dock was year round, the path to the dock was quite steep but manageable and had a handrail). A second bathroom upstairs would have been nice for the 7 people staying up there, but we managed and it didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Super clean and had everything you could want or need. Loved spending time on the screened in porch (especially listening to the rain one night) and swimming and fishing off the dock. We stayed with 9 adults and there was plenty of room. Beautiful property, great location!!

This house is beautiful, and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space to store our stuff, a quiet cove without much if any boat traffic. After going to Norris Lake the previous 4 summers, Watts Bar Lake wins with far fewer boaters and a peaceful vibe. We’ll be back!

The perfect family vacation spot!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 pre-teen greatly enjoyed our stay at the lake house! We loved relaxing on the lake, which was very quiet and private, and we also loved that the game room downstairs was well-insulated so that those of us who were night owls could enjoy conversations at full volume, music, and foosball without disturbing the family members who had gone to bed early. The screened-in porch was wonderful as well!

Beautiful house with beautiful views. The screened in porch was the perfect place to relax and watch the boys fish off of the pier. Beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the downstairs game room. Debby answered all of our questions and was so helpful. Had everything we needed and we will definitely be back!

Family Reunion

We had a great time and really celebrated our entire family could finally be together after these last few difficult years. The house is beautiful and very roomy for our group of eight. The owner/rental manager were very helpful with any questions we had. Also recommend Terrace View Marina for dinner and especially dessert…such a friendly place.

Love the Lake

The house was extremely clean and plenty of room for several families renting together. Walkway to lake was steep making it a little rough, especially for someone with knee issues. Use of the attached garage was wonderful!

We enjoyed the beautiful home, very spacious. All of the bedrooms were large and nicely done. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. The short walk to the dock was very steep but there is a railing. Our teens enjoyed their own space and drove down to the nearby park to play basketball. Lots of parking space.

Great choice for large families

This property is very roomy and a great choice for large families. The use of the 3 car garage and the extra fridge was very helpful. The back screened in porch was a great location for talking, afternoon naps, playing games, and a fun area for our young grandchildren to play. Access to the dock was very convenient with a nice stone path and plenty of room for kayaks, inflatables, and fishing. The downstairs recreation area produced some great foosball and ping pong tournaments. All the bedrooms were very roomy. We hope to use this place again to bring all of our family together for some special memories.

Great Lake Vacation

Had just a wonderful stay at this lake house on Watts Bar Lake. We had 9 adults and 3 toddlers, and everything went as well as we had hoped. We rented a pontoon boat on one day, and swam off the house's dock the next. Kitchen was perfect for handling our large group. It was not a big deal, but getting the TVs to work was not successful for us. We didn't go to watch TV, of course. But better instructions on operation of the remotes, and which TVs might have cable, etc. would have been appreciated.
