We were across the street at Sacred Heart Hospital due to a family member being there. Between the chaos, anxiety and fear of what would happen to family member. We spaced check out time. Staff were sooo understanding, considerate and empathetic!

The hotel is located on a slope, as a result its 1st and 2nd floors are below the grade on one side, and on the higher side the 3rd floor is actually the ground floor.

We travel with a dog so this is our go to hotel when we (frequently) visit Spokane. This visit we reserved a room with a pull out couch because we also had our grandson with us. While we had a couch, it was not a sofa bed. Our room which was supposed to sleep 4 only truly slept 2. Fortunately our grandson is only 6 so we made it work but had he been older it would have been a problem. No other room was available. Everything else is what we have grown to expect from this establishment.

This is the best place to stay if you need to be near Sacred Heart. It is an easy walk to the hospital. It is quiet and clean. The staff is responsive. The breakfast is great compared to other hotel offerings. We would definitely stay here again.
