Jake was exceptional at communicating with us and helped us make arrangements to drop off our luggage prior to check in. We probably bothered him too much. The place was very clean. It is minimally stocked with kitchen items ie 4 cups, 4 glasses, no big mixing bowls so we did do a lot of dishes by hand. The body wash was empty (or the dispenser didn't work) and the split unit in the LR didn't turn on, but we didn't need it until the last day - all minor things considering the unit is in an excellent location to truly enjoy Spokane. It is a large unit. Traffic noise can be heard but that's to be expected if you want to stay in a City. We didn't have a car so we did not have to mess with or pay for any parking. There is a Enterprise rental car dealership within a 10 min walk from the unit and was perfect for a day rental if you want to drive to Couer D'alene. We would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable!

I traveled to Spokane for work and stayed 8 nights at this property. The apartment was very easy to work out of with great internet and a large working space. Well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size and very clean. It was nice to have in unit washer and dryer as well. I enjoyed many nice restaurants, the river park within walking distance. Highly recommend. The property owner was very responsive to my questions.

Pillows windows rugs .. Pillows were not only very flat but stained and dirty. There weren’t pillow protectors so easy to see the stains. I even checked the extra pillows for a possible cleaner one. They just got worse as looked. I had to buy a pillow for myself and my son. They were that bad! The blinds wouldn’t shut which made it hot in the day but sun came in early waking son sleeping on sofa. After an unnecessary amount of time untangling them I got them to work. Windows were another issue. They can’t be opened. If manage to open the warning is they will break. This is a prob because can’t get fresh air. Besides fresh air in general, I wanted to air out the very strong perfume-y chemical smell of cleaners. Wouldn’t help to leave door open b/c the windows in hall are boarded up. Kitchen was clean & nice. The area rugs in liv room & bedroom are dirty and stained. Poorly stocked w TP. I don’t ever give reviews but not having clean pillows is a big deal plus these pillows were a joke as flat as they were. Pillow protectors should be standard! The property manager guy was nice enough but said there was nothing he could do.
