The interactions with the staff were fine. They were for the most part welcoming and helpful. The overall condition of the room and hotel were not what was expected from the pictures. The ceiling and walls had cracks, holes, the carpet trim was separated from the walls. The tub had a hole in the bottom making the bottom soggy from water underneath it.

I was so excited to see that this hotel location is right next door to our favorite Pho Restaurant. Pho Van! This is our new spot to stay when we go to Spokane. Its affordable, it has a free breakfast, pool and Pho Soup for dinner. I love it!

The tub was cracking. The walls were peeling & coming apart which was unfortunate because it looked to be somewhat remodeled. The breakfast was sad. Hardboiled eggs, oatmeal & mini muffins. There were also bruised apples.
