I loved how friendly the staff were the moment I walked in. The room smelled fresh and looked tidy. Breakfast could have been better with more options. Even so, I felt relaxed during my stay.

Absolutely the worst motel ever!!!! False advertisement. No restaurant … gas station served pizza. No balcony. What a joke that was. I had reserved a king room, given a double as they didn’t have a king. The room had two queen beds that were worn out, lights weren’t working, awful smell. We requested another. Given another room with two queens. Looked and smelled a little better. We sat down to eat the pizza we purchased at the gas station and started seeing live roaches (have videos and pictures… numerous.) We were there 15 mins and immediately knew this was a health risk. What a dump!!! Threw our luggage into the car and drove 45 mins to nearest town with a vacancy. I am requesting immediate refund on this. So disappointed in the obviously false reviews. I will be using another source than Expedia for our travels.

the listing for Expedia is wrong, The picture of the reception area - this area does NOT exist. There is no "restaurant" Check in is at the gas station next door. There is no note indicating this at the motel property. We rang a buzzer and a resident at the motel finally came and told us. Roaches in the room, gap under the door, stains on the carpet. The staff person was friendly.

Far less than perfect but tolerable for an outdoor person. Grounds were neglected, roaches and spiders in the room, weather stripping missing from the bottom of the door, beds were advertised as queen size but were full size. Other than that, it was tolerable as compared to camping but would rate low compared to other motels.

Showed up after the “store” closed. No lobby to check in at. Then took forever to get door to open as deadbolt was stuck. Finally got it opened but would jam if you didn’t lift up to open it from the inside. No local channels on tv only Roku channel. No remote for tv so had to adjust volume manually. Other than close location for fall creek falls state park it was a horrible experience. Will not stay again. All units are regular renters looked like for the most part.
