"We absolutely loved our stay at "This Is It"! It was the perfect layout for our group and you can't beat the location. The views are incredible from every living space and there are so many great areas to enjoy the outdoors..the balcony off of the primary bedroom, the covered patio off of the main living area, and the lower patio with a BBQ. The house was extremely well equipped and had so many beach activities for adults and kids. Gail was a wonderful host and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy! We would highly recommend this home and we can't wait to return!"

"The pool and outdoor area was very nice. The house was clean and hostess was very responsive and helpful. The reason for the low rating on value was because 2 of the 4 beds were in very bad shape. Impossible for couples to sleep in. Too soft, lumpy and small. The living room couch was small, old and worn. We left with sore backs. The pots and pans were old and rusty. If these items were upgraded, we’d stay again but not until then. "

Aspects that we really appreciated were : the home was very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture in general, stainless steel pots and pans, low sitting beach chairs, beach towels, a large washer and dryer, the location (!), kayaks, and the backyard seating area! The home was everything we were hoping it would be and the communication with the hosts was excellent! I highly recommend staying here! Spanish Wells is a very special place! "
