"We absolutely loved our stay at "This Is It"! It was the perfect layout for our group and you can't beat the location. The views are incredible from every living space and there are so many great areas to enjoy the outdoors..the balcony off of the primary bedroom, the covered patio off of the main living area, and the lower patio with a BBQ. The house was extremely well equipped and had so many beach activities for adults and kids. Gail was a wonderful host and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy! We would highly recommend this home and we can't wait to return!"

"We have stayed in over a dozen rental homes in Spanish Wells and this is one of my favorites so far! It was close to everything but not on a super busy street. We enjoyed having a big living room area to spend time with family. The house was very clean when we arrived and we will definitely be checking Steps Away for availability when we go back to again! "This house is VERY well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain large groups (minus a dishwasher). There was so much equipment for our 4 and a half month old grandson. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. The overall space was great for our large group. The extra space to hang out in the bunk room upstairs was perfect. I kinda wish the back/side porch had been covered because we had rain during one of our evenings of entertaining. I would definitely stay here again if we travel with our whole family and need the space. Thank you Enders family for sharing your piece of paradise. "

"This was our third year staying here. We love Christy and her husband. They live on the island so if anything comes up they're right there. I love the spot because you see more marine life vs the beach. Water shoes is a must. But if you want beach just hop on the golf cart, go down the road. You can see it from the house. Beautiful house. I don't think we ever turned the TV on cause your outside the whole time. But Christy is fabulous. Schedules the taxi ferry and golf cart. Cause thats all you need is a golf cart to get around. Very safe island! We're just trying to get to where we can come twice a year. Lol!"
