I cannot classify Westgate Cocoa Beach as a resort. The stay was extremely disappointing, and the property is poorly maintained. Our room was in terrible condition: Mattress of extremely poor quality — I had terrible back pain after just one night. Bed sheets smelled bad and had strange marks, clearly not properly cleaned. Shower facilities were mostly broken — only one worked, and it had low water pressure and no hot water. TV was broken and the toilet overflowed. During heavy rain, the resort closed all amenities and activities. While safety is understandable, there was no refund, no credit, and no alternative for guests. We had to leave one day early because the conditions made the stay uninhabitable. To make matters worse, after departure, a staff member called me laughing, which is completely unprofessional. For what they charge, this place delivers zero value, and it’s misleading to call it a “resort.” The poor room quality, broken facilities, and lack of guest support made this one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Excellent property to go too. Lazy river was night and the staff at the front desk was amazing. Very close to the beach with many restaurants and shops to walk too. Even saw Space X launch a rocket from this location. Perfect spot for a great price. Recommend especially if you're bring Children.

Sue behind the bar was amazing. Hotel is a little dated and could use a new external color scheme. Rooms were modernized and mostly clean (sofa needs vacuumed) We had a great time and made use of all the pool areas and took advantage of happy hour every day. It is a bit of a walk from the main part of the resort to the beach so keep that in mind. Great place for family relaxing

We had a two bedroom with two full bathrooms. Full kitchen, freezer with ice maker. All kitchen supplies, soap, dish towel, dishwasher detergent etc....setting for 6, all supplied. Lazy river and pool area are super fun and clean too...Tiki bar is adorable and food menu is simple but fresh and yummy. Building 7, is closest to the beach, but may cost an upgrade charge. It was well worth it, with only a 200 yard walk to get to the waves. Rest of the buildings are at the pool fun. All Staff were attentive and friendly. They provide towels for swimming too. We will return. Only cons are laundry is included but machines are not in the rooms, there are two large laundry rooms for the guests, they give you tokens, detergent. No housekeeping services but they will bring you - refresh any towels or amenities or kitchen supplies you request.

They messed up my reservation for our second and third days by putting my name incorrectly. I was called out of the pool in front of all the guests in the middle of the dayand made to go to the front desk. Only to find we had to scurry to pack our belongings and moved to another room. No fault of ours yet we were left to fend for ourselves. . It took 1 1/2 hours of prime day with our friends. It was humiliating and beyond inconvenient. We were compensated with 2 free drinks tickets. Judge for yourself if this was proper and professional.

It was a okay stay. Not enough washer and dryers for the whole resort - literally people were hovering over me watching me while trying to dry my clothes after the beach/pool. Rooms are okay. Jacuzzi and pool was nice. Relaxing for the most part, I did like how often we saw security. Not much offered to do besides the pool. Thought there would be more for a resort.

Well where do I start

Upon arrival we were told that the kids water pod was closed until further notice. The washer/dryer area is a little to be desired. My son was full of bites from sitting on the couch in our room as did I one night. St this point I had had enough and left a day earlier. Pool and lazy river was ok. Food and drinks very expensive at pool side. The room we stayed at was a two bedroom unit which was on the main road. Bedrooms had no windows and it was very dark with faux shutters. Every time we showered there was a smell of sewer. Upstairs people were very noisy and we bought a fan to block their noise at night. On a positive note I did like the kitchenette area.
