When we arrived after a 1 hr 45 min drive we were told we have been relocated to a hotel 25 mis further away. No notice from Expedia or the hotel was given prior. We ended up missing the beging of the event we were there for. New hotel was also under construction and the elevator was broken.Wont be back

I wasn't happy about the 'hidden fee' -- to wit: a $25 pre-4 pm check-in fee. (We were allowed to access the room without paying it.) It does seem that it would be good customer service just to let people check in early if a room is available. On that point, the hotel seemed empty. Just a day before I had received an email message (legit?) about a class action suit against Sonesta for hidden fees.

There was a live worm in the bathroom which I had to flush down the toilet. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the third floor. Building seemed dated and cheap. On a positive note bed was comfortable.
