Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I have swveral photos to prove, there was massive holes in the walls, the door had been jimmied open as it was badly damaged and poorly fixed, they expected 2 disabled people who cant walk to get up 2 flights of steep twisty stairs, there was rat poop in the room, and there was no such thing as staff.
