All was cleaned and tide the only thing was someone dirt pots and pans in the sink need to be washed up and a pans on the cooker with food still stans in it been though onto the cooker The rest wash fantastic and clean Mr ks Allcorn Room 13 Thank you

I like how my room 13 is well ventilated. The kitchen needs to be improved upon, especially the hygiene of the fridge. The fridge is just too dirty for me, with lots of stuff that isn't supposed to be in it. The hygiene of the toilet and bathroom can improved upon, as it's always a work in progress. Lastly there's no good kettle to boil water

Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.
