The cape cod getaway house is situated in a quiet area approx. .4 miles to south shore beaches, playground for the kids, fishing, boating , jet skiing, parasailing etc. there is a brick patio with an enclosed gazebo, and dining table that seats 6, gas grill, outdoor shower, and a firepit to cook smores with the kids, the house has 2 bedrooms one has a queen size bed, the other has 2 twin beds, one tile bath with tub/shower. the living room has a pull out couch, recliner, 40'' flat screen tv , fireplace, and window ac unit.
the kitchen area has a gas stove, microwave oven coffeemaker, all cooking utensils, and dining table. guest provide towels and linens as well as your beach needs.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. There's a private furnished patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
