The room appeared poorly maintained and in unacceptable condition, with significant deferred maintenance. There was visible water damage, cracked marble around the sink, rust in the bathroom, chipped paint, and damaged doors. Overall, the property was in extremely poor shape and far from what one would expect from a “spa hotel.” Parking policies were unnecessarily strict and confusing, adding to the frustration. The photos advertised online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. This is easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I would not recommend booking this property.

Overall this was wonderful 2 day stay fo myself and my husband. The hotel is located close to everything. The pool was warm and enjoyable! Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and coffee was pretty good. This was an enjoyable weekend.
