We have stayed at the Tiki property several times, the grounds are beautiful and they are always out working to maintain them. Out of all the condos we have rented at the Tiki, this was the worst one. Upon opening our condo door, we were greeted by underwhelming decor and furniture arrangement, and we were overwhelmed by a perfumed filled space that we quickly found to be a deodorizer in the bathroom toilet. It reminded me of a gas station bathroom. We quickly wrapped that up in a tight bag and over the next 3 days the odor dissipated. The main light in the seating area was bent, the walls and baseboards are dingy and need repainted, the pillows were nice and bed was comfortable. The comforter and shams are showing signs of wear, they were becoming unstitched. The air conditioning was cold and nice, it has a distinct squeak which made sleeping a little difficult. There was no shampoo, body wash, or towels for the beach provided. There were also no oven mitts in the kitchen, this made taking our food out of the oven a little tricky, but me managed. Toilet paper extremely thin. This unit has so much potential, I hope by writing this review positive improvements will be considered.

Great place to stay quiet, clean, and reasonable price. The Property grounds landscape is beautiful. It’s a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely stay there again. My husband and I went for our 39th wedding anniversary and it was perfect.

The Kitchen needs to be updated and the shower door needs to be replaced or repaired. The mattress in bedroom was hard and worn needs to be replaced other the that my wife and i had a great time pool was nice and beach was great. Outside light in patio didn't work wire to light socket was broken needs to be repaired

The reservation process was very simple. Check in was fast. The area was well maintained and the landscaping was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, everything was nice. The Tiki has been around a very long time. But, I would rather stay there than other newer hotels.

The stay was extraordinary. Given the time of the visit, it was extremely quiet during the work week. Everything at the island is centralized, more or less so you can walk there if you can tolerate the extreme heat or catch the local transportation. The room was clean, cozy and had the most incredible view of the beach and nearby locations.

The area is nice. Staff was nice and helpful. Our condo/apartment could use some updating. Kinda run down on the inside but was fine enough. The door would get stuck every time we went in and out and we called and maintenance squirted some WD-40 but it didn’t help. Door lock/handle needs completely replaced. Probably wouldn’t stay again. But was fine for the few days we were there.

Always love staying at the Tiki. I stay in 157. It's next to the pool, spacious and clean. Kitchen has all you need to cook something up if you'd like. Pool goes to 9ft deep...love it. Highly recommend.
