We can't say enough about the reception the cleanliness the best towels in the world and the management of the palms resort. Everyone from Kendall at the front desk, Kathryn the general manager, The Housekeeping staff and the entire staff in the cafe gives you the welcome and you can tell that they work hard to make sure that you're going to have a good time whether it's just for the weekend or for the long term.
