Nice pet-friendly room with balcony facing the ocean and comfortable beds. A couple recommendations for improvement would be for better enforcement of quiet hours including pool area and only allowing hotel guests to park in hotel lot. After staying here several times, it seems that there are several guests in the pool area without wrist bands who may not have a hotel room.

Beachfront Family Hotel.

Very nice beach front family hotel. Good on-site food and drinks. Walking distance to other food and drink. Very clean, exceptional staff and housekeeping does an amazing job of keeping a very busy beachfront hotel clean. Nice pool and splash area.

Everything was great from the start. But we did have trouble with our room knob. The breakfast options were not the best. All egg options had cheese. My husband is lactose intolerant. There was no bacon and the potatoes tasted like cardboard. We tried the tacos and not the best. Other than that everything was great. Hoping our next trip is better.

Very clean, expected a little better!

The breakfast was OK, not what I expected. When you order your taco or omelets the staff need to be a little friendlier. Very cold, no smiles, almost like they hate their jobs. Also, coffee was so weak. Had no flavor. The round soap in the restroom smelled horrible, like chemicals. I threw it away and bought my own bar of soap. The bed was not very comfortable, woke up with back pain. The staff at the La Copa Cabana Bar and Grill were super friendly and awesome. Shout out to the young lady working on Tues evening and Joseph, they were awesome!

This was my 2nd time staying here. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is amazingly friendly. The hotel has a private boardwalk that gets you to the beach in a minute.

Took my family on vacation for 5 days. Room was clean and roomy . The bed sheets were worn and felt like sand was stuck to them but it was actually the pilling on the sheet. Take your own pillows and blankets. The family staying above ours constantly let their kids run the floors in the evenings. I finally gave in and complained . Front desk said they would make some calls . It continued that night and the next day. The hotel also allow dogs on their facility . I think that’s great but the people next door to us left their dog unattended in their room and barked most of the day ! How do we know ? We saw the family at the pool ! I complained to the front desk. I told them my vacation was affected due to others choices and the hotel allowing it to continue. The hotel gave me a 5% discount and the manager was too busy to talk to me direct . I plan to take this up with Expedia . I won’t stay here again and will take my business elsewhere .

Property is really long in the tooth and filthy. The parking is supposed to be exclusive to hotel guests, but the hotel does nothing to enforce this. As a result, finding a parking space is like the competing in the Hunger Games. Most rooms are at least at 3X capacity. The place is absolutely flooded with screaming misbehaved kids and parents that don't give a s---. The pool is disgusting. From near sunrise until 11:30pm-12:00am adults are partying and playing loud music, and kids are crying, screaming, and peeing in the pool. Breakfast looks like a cattle call. Staff is rude and incapable of dealing with the large crowd, and the crowd is just plain rude.
