"My family and I have been coming to Forest Suites for the 4th time now because of the family-friendly ambiance, cleanliness, outstanding amenities, and excellent breakfast. However, our experience was not particularly positive this time, and it is not the fault caused by the Suites; it is the fault of the guests above us, who are not conscious and considerate of the guests below them. The sound of stamping feet, bashing doors, and dropping things shook the entire room. We didn't get a good night's sleep for two nights. The first night went good. We respectfully request that guests staying on the second and third floors be respectful, have a good sense of privacy and be conscious. I detest loosing interest in staying at Forest Suites due to these reasons."
