There is an outdoor sower too. In the garage you will find all of your beach supplies, including beach chairs, beach carts, coolers, sand toys, and beach games. You will also find your lawn games including cornhole, can jam, ladder golf, croquet, and wiffle ball, as well as plenty of bikes and helmets for all ages. The property is mostly surrounded by beautiful primitive stone walls with mature trees, soft grass around the house area, with an extended side yard where you’ll find a relaxing platform swing and a slack line obstacle course for all ages/abilities among the mature trees. There is a vegetable and herb garden for your convenience, with crop dependent on conditions and useage.

Providence is 40 minutes away with the TF Green Airport 30 minutes away. This home is a short 1.9 miles (4 min drive) to East Matunuck Beach, one of the nicest beaches in New England, with a straight on view of Block Island and a long large rock jetty to climb on and watch the boats leaving Galilee (Block Island Ferry), and ideal for fishing. The Matunuck Oyster Bar is a 3 minute drive around the corner with other restaurants across the street and past the beach into Jerusalem, and the public park with basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields and a playground are just a short stroll away. Oh yeah, there’s also a 6 person hot tub and outdoor gas grilL, 2 fire pits and a large side yard with a slackline obstacle course for the kids...and adults.
