Welcome to Brockway Beach House!

This unique home was originally built in the late 1920's as the communal entertaining, dance hall and dining commissary for a community of surrounding sleeping cottages. This 2 level home was completely gutted in 2009 and rehabbed with meticulous details and care. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the main level in addition to the second floor area that sleeps another 6, plus a media area, play loft and full bath. Original hardwood floors, stainless appliances, large patio. This home is great for both outdoor and indoor entertaining and is less than a few minutes walk to the beach (Oak Street Beach Public Access).
