Welcome to Amanda's House!
This lovely home is on a corner lot, 3 blocks from the beach, and the perfect backdrop for all your vacation memories. Although my name (owner) is Ellen, we named the house after the Latin meaning of the name of our realtor, Amanda, which is "the one about the be loved," because our house was sitting there on the real estate market, about to be loved by us the moment we opened the door.

INSIDE THE HOME
Large, comfortable, in-town family house, 3 blocks from the beach, with a well-stocked kitchen. This is a charming older home that has been completely renovated and re-decorated with modern conveniences including WI-FI, (NO WI-FI OFF-SEASON) 2 flat screen smart TVs with DVD players, and Roku (NO CABLE) and A/C. Enjoy the large private yard with a fire pit and level basketball area. There is plenty of space for a group of 10-12 to relax in comfort and style. Don't miss the famous Lake Michigan sunsets!

Excellent place to stay for a long weekend. Plenty of space. Great amenities. Well stocked supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Great backyard with plenty of chairs and table to eat outside and sit around fire pit. Absolutely loved the notes around the house to let us know do’s and don’ts. Big dining room table to eat or play board games around. Very close to beach and downtown. Host was easy to work with and very quickly to respond to any questions.
