spacious house in a good location

We had 7 people stay at this house, all in separate rooms. It is in a quiet neighborhood with not much traffic. It is a short drive to local beaches, and a further drive to places like Hyannis, Provincetown, Chatham, etc. It is a two mile bicycle ride on roads to the nearest entrance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We enjoyed the open kitchen/dining room/living room setup. While we did not spend time outside, there is a concrete pad with nice outdoor furniture, as well as additional furniture off of the pad. If we take another trip to Cape Cod, we will definitely plan to stay at this house again. Oh, and the home host is very friendly and pleasant to deal with over the phone, and via text/email.

We had an excellent time. The property is in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, nice neighborhood, close to beaches, restaurants & quiet & peaceful at night. We hated to leave.

A nice place for a family vacation

Though we did have a problem at checkin and a couple of issues while at the property, the property manager was extremely responsive! The home has plenty of beds and baths for a large group. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves on the Cape with a large group.

two problems

THe mouse that was taken care of by us and the owner. The main suggestion I have is a railing on one or both sides of the several step stoop to get into the house. I'm 84 and need to have some support for my hand/s in getting up high steps. A wrought iron railing would go with the architecture so should not be a problem.

Family vacation

Good weather. Nice house. A bit of a drive to some of the sites. Had a great time though. Trip to Boston was fun/Bunker Hill (294 steps to the top).

Great family vacation

We had 11 people in this lovely home. Description is accurate. You don't deal with the owners - go through a realtor which is fine - he was responsive (but different than the typical experience). Plenty of living space, well stocked kitchen, great location - close to everything, clean, comfortable, AC is a plus. One note - the office/den with the pull out couch is part of the master bedroom (no door) so if you are thinking of using that space as a bedroom, just keep that in mind.

Great week down the cape!

We had a great week down the Cape staying at this rental. House was big enough for our group (6 adults, 4 kids under 11) and we all had plenty of room. 3 full bathrooms was very helpful to have. Kitchen/dining/living area was spacious and accommodating for our group to socialize but not be on top of each other. Nice yard for kids to play in. Basement full of everything you need on a beach vacation. Very close to our favorite Dennis beaches. Would return for another trip!

Wonderful spacious house in quiet neighborhood

My family and relatives had yet another wonderful summer vacation on Cape Cod at this great home for larger family get togethers. There was room for everyone and space outside to entertain. The home is central to much around Dennis for essentials, Brewster for beaches, Hyannis for deep sea fishing, West Yarmouth for mini golf, and Chatham for photos.

Good location but had issues

The house location is fairly central and is well-stocked. There are several rooms for a larger family. The property manager makes the process so complicated: he wants to communicate via email and phone calls, emails a contract you have to sign outside of VRBO, then requires you to call upon arrival for key instructions (rather than send ahead or text). We had issues with the upstairs AC working and it was so complicated to communicate with him (multiple calls, voicemails, messages, emails, etc). Seems to get confused easily. Also, no linens are provided which just adds steps to planning the trip.

Dennis rental

Property was clean and neat. Property manager was easy to contact. No sheets or towels were provided requiring an additional cost for that service. TVs in bedrooms didn't work.

Perfect location on the Cape for traveling east or west. Very quiet neighborhoo. Kitchen extremely

We enjoyed our week. We had our kids ( in their 50's) use upstairs bedrooms due to the stairs. I would suggest a queen size bed replace the double bed in downstairs bedroom, if 2 people need to use that bed.
