Our room was by the pool so it smelled very musty and there was a towel left on the back of bathroom door when we arrived. The beds were freshly made but there was a hole in the blanket and the refrigerator did not work

The rooms were dirty and had no fitted sheet so you’re essentially sleeping on a bare mattress. Plenty of long term residents wandering around the halls throughout the night yelling, hanging out in the parking lot and premises. Staff was nice enough.

I rented this room for family coming from out of town to a wedding and the first room they have them smelled like pee and musty and so has to get another room but wasn’t much better could of been cleaner. Wouldn’t recommend

We started out in the wrong room for one room.After everything was unpacked and carried up the stairs,we had to move. Given a key for one room and there was luggage in it, then with the the new room key ,the room reeked of weed and weed was found on the floor of the room. We did not feel safe enough to spend the night and we all left the facility.
