I would not stay there again BECAUSE, we left for the day and when we can back from our day out, the beds were not made, wet towel were still in bathroom and trash was still in cans. When I called the office, I was told that they don't make-up the room unless you request it. So now I'm straitening up the room at 9:00 at night. Not happy!!

Last time I had gone here, not that long ago, this place was pretty nice. A bit dated, smaller TV's and such, but nice. This time it was still nice, but the room was showing its age, needing paint in some areas, missing pictures on the wall in the bathroom. Was told housekeeping would come every 3 days, which would have had them coming 2-3 times, they only came once. When they came, they didn't replace any toiletries that had been consumed. Breakfast was boring.

The hotel is otherwise acceptable. My only complaint is that the front desk didn't have coins to exchange for the washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, the staff's attitude was poor. When I asked her to exchange coins later and ask her to prepare them. She said they didn't have any. What can she do? Is this the right attitude for a hotel? Is this how you solve a guest's problem? Is the washing machine just for show? Since the hotel offers this facility, they should have coins or a credit card machine, right?

Older property. Peeling paint. Bathtub wasnt the cleanest. Staff was great! Kids loved the pool. Room clean for the most part. Property just needs some TLC. Someone down the hall was smoking weed....strong scent in the hall when going out back door...two nights in a row. Staff should walk halls in the evening.

Hotel not worth staying at! Dirty.

We picked this hotel because of it being pet friendly. The room we got had a HORRIBLE smell of wet dog when we entered and the smell was horrible the whole stay. They really should take the carpet out and put laminate flooring and also clean the filters in the air conditioner to get rid of smell. Upon walking into the bathroom we noticed blood on the outside of the tub. My husband went to go tell the front desk and ended up finding a housekeeper in the hallway. She came in a used a wet dirty rag she had in a bucket to clean it (this was after she tried to hand it to my husband to clean it himself and he said he wasn’t going to touch that rag). Also the shower ended up being clogged so when you took a shower you were standing in water. (That declogging stick is only a few bucks so they really should have housekeeping remove hair once a week from these showers).The room also was full of spiders and spider webs in the corners and on the curtains. Also had some type of flying bugs. The free breakfast was cold and not much of a selection. When we went to check out the next day I was going to voice all my concerns with the front desk but no one was there to check out. They just had a box to put your key card in. I definitely will not be staying here again.
