In the process of moving to the area. The staff has been amazing and extremely helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Haven't had any noise issues. definitely feel safe here.

The property grounds are riddled with dog poop, the room was semi clean. The floor had sum minimal debris as well as the bathroom. The fridge was not cleaned out good. There were food particles still in it. The beds were made and they were comfortable, no bugs, and the air conditioner, tv, toilet, and shower worked very well. The guests services ppl were friendly, competent, and always ready to help with a smile.

Front desk staff was great at check in. Super nice. Room was disgusting. I can’t even explain. What the walls were like. It looked like someone tried to splatter spackle on them and the curtains. The toilet paper looked like someone had spilled (I’m hoping spilled) something all over it. The floor was so dirty that I took a towel to wipe up water from our shoes and it came back black. The ceiling was peeling from what looked like water damage (we were on the 1st floor) The pillows were nonexistent they were so thin. I travel for a living and have stayed in everything from high end to super economical and this was honestly one of grossest. I actually looked to find somewhere else after we checked in but everything was completely full

It was a "motel" not a hotel. They did not have an elevator and because I "booked online" they were hard pressed to give me a room on the first floor even though my mother is 88 years old and can't do the stairs. The staff did do it, but only after I had to practically beg. The room was dusty and old. I looked for bed bugs because that was the vibe of the place. There was a dog barking in the room next door well into the early hours of the morning. There was no breakfast. They were near the highway and the shower was nice. Would not stay there ever again.

Room was not clean, floor had not been swept and bed had hairs on the sheets and crumbs on the bedspread. Room had a heavy odor of cigarette smoke, yet was listed as non-smoking room. I asked for a new room, but as told none were available. I asked for a refund but was told only the manager could provide that. I turned in the kids and left to find other lodging.
