Awesome location for ND football! Unit is as described. Just be aware, both bedrooms are en suite style, so no accessible bathroom for someone sleeping on pullout couch. Also, the ceiling insulation is lacking and the footsteps of upstairs neighbor reverberate down into back bedroom. No fault of the owner, just recommend bringing earplugs. Tastefully decorated, coffee supply was a nice touch, as well.
