Tamara and Jennifer were the apex of professional and caring during our stay. The breakfast area and breakfast itself were tended to with care and regularity by the staff. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The beds were "cozy" and I slept well. This hotel gives the chain a good name and I will definitely return here when business or pleasure bring my family and I through Goshen, IN next!

The hotel was unusually well cared for. The design of the place, including my room, was elegant and practical. The area is safe and quiet. However, there aren't sidewalks along the route to nearby dinner options.

The only thing that was a little frustrating was that there were not outlets on both sides of the bed. We both have sleep apnea machines and we had to have one unit on the bed with the cord laying under the pillows
