The basement apartment was very well appointed and clean. Somehow, the host got the wrong phone number from Vrbo so the door combo was wrong, but they were responsive to getting it fixed. One thing to note is that,at least sometimes apparently, the rest of the house is rented out separately. We could hear the other guests walking around and talking.
