My husband and I were driving back to our hometown and stopped to rest for the night. Around 10:30pm, we were already asleep, when we hear someone trying to come into our room. Two guys were outside, saying that they were going to do maintenance to our room, they needeed to change or switch the thermostat. My husband didn't let them in and called the front office and they confirmed that they had maintenance people but didn't know why they went to our room. We felt disrespected, did not feel safe, and were surprised to see the lack of communication between the staff. Definitely not a good experience.

The room was dirty and smelled awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus it is completely under construction with no notice when you book the room. We did not even stay for two of the three days we booked.
