Breakfast regular continental, the staff had a pretty lackluster attitude overall, however we did notice that the young woman who checked us in appeared to be on shift for at least 20hrs. So maybe they were just tired. There were a bunch of large gnats in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed when we arrived were not clean. There were several spots that appeared to be urine and or semen all over the fitted sheet. I changed the sheets myself, which I would prefer to do it my self at that point. The bigger problem was the same young woman at check in, didn't seem like she knew where to get us any clean sheets for the bed. She first gave me a twin size saying "this is all I have back here" I guess she finally figured out where the laundry was, because when I came down to tell her again that I needed King size sheets. She had finally found them. Just to be clear in my review, the overall stay was okay, however the ownership/management of the hotel is clearly setting their staff up for failure. Only one person on front desk staff for over 20hours and only having a couple housekeepers for a busy game weekend is a recipe for disaster.

Location great near Notre Dame, breakfast fine…. But the choice of lighting inside our room was AWFUL. The entire space has awful white/blue lighting/bulbs that made it feel cold and uninviting. Not a “warm” light in the place…combined with stark blue green and brownish paint, it was almost unbearable. Hence, we could barely stand to be in the room. You folks need a new decorator! Other than that, it was clean enough etc. but I would never choose to stay here again.

Ok overall. Breakfast was poor needs big upgrade-eggs fake and coffee was terrible brown water with coffee mate (terrible) for cream. Outside building/grounds were dingy but inside rooms were clean and staff nice. I would go back.
