Located in the Sorrento hills just a few minutes from Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, Villa Liana is a luxurious modern villa with a private swimming pool, wellness area, garden, and sea views. Perfect for family gatherings, the villa offers easy access to the shops and restaurants of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi.

Villa Liana (400 sqm) develops over three levels connected by a flight of stairs and a lift.

On the ground floor, you will find an elegantly furnished lounge with sofas, TV and fireplace, a study area, and a dining room (seating 14). The kitchen is equipped with all the modern cons and provides access to one of two terraces. In addition, there is a guest bathroom (with toilet and washbasin).

The first floor has two terraces, one of which boasts a garden and sea views, a jacuzzi hot tub and direct access to a wellness area with a UNICA Techno gym, exercise bike, treadmill, and sauna.

In the sleeping area on the first floor, you will find five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms:

- One double bedroom with a king-size bed, small sofa, wardrobe, safe, TV, and access to a terrace with a sea view . This bedroom is accompanied by an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower cubicle, double washbasin, bidet and toilet
- Two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and window with a sea view. These bedrooms are accompanied by ensuite bathrooms with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet
- One double bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, TV, access to a terrace with a sea view and an ensuite bathroom with double shower, double washbasin, bidet and toilet.
- One twin bedroom with two single beds, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet

On the second floor, you will find a double bedroom with a double bed, TV and direct access to a terrace with table and chairs. This bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. Furthermore, on this floor, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board and a small terrace.

For weddings and other special events, Villa Liana offers a versatile function room that can accommodate up to 50-60 people. Equipped with amenities including a sound system, display table, lectern, and ample seating, this space provides a perfect setting for memorable gatherings and celebrations.

Outside, the villa has 14,000 sqm of flower-filled gardens featuring a private swimming pool (measuring 15x5m; 1.4 - 1.9m deep; opening date 1/5, closing date 23/10) and a tiled sun terrace (with sun loungers and parasols). An outdoor shower (with hot water) is conveniently located nearby, along with a toilet. A staircase leads from the pool area to the first terrace (200 sqm) where guests can feast on freshly baked pizzas straight from the pizza oven.
